2.1 General Observation

Macroscopic Changes: Starting from the 6th day, some mice in the aplastic anemia model group began to exhibit disheveled and shedding fur, particularly noticeable on the neck and back; their food and water intake decreased compared with before, their weight dropped, they appeared listless, had poor activity, slow reactions, and by the 12th day after modeling, some died. By the end of the experiment, a total of 7 mice had died. Autopsy of the deceased mice revealed pale organs, atrophy of the thymus, spleen, and lymph nodes, and enlarged liver. The Zhenqi Fuzheng Granules control group experienced mouse deaths earlier than the Pei's Blood-Elevating Granules treatment group, and their general condition was also poorer. In contrast, the Pei's Blood-Elevating Granules treatment group showed better overall condition than both the model group and the control group.
