One week after whole-body irradiation with 3.0 Gy of γ-rays from a linear accelerator, compared with the normal group, the aplastic anemia model mice showed significantly reduced levels of hemoglobin, white blood cells, and platelets, while red blood cell counts did not show a significant decrease. This is likely due to the relatively long lifespan of mouse red blood cells, which have not yet exhibited a downward trend within such a short period. Even until the end of the experiment, compared with the normal group, the increase in red blood cell counts across all groups remained insignificant, still attributable to the aforementioned reasons.
