Use the gel image analysis system to analyze the optical density of each band in the obtained images, and calculate the expression parameter of each sample's mRNA by taking the ratio of the optical density of its mRNA bands to that of the internal reference gene (β-actin). Use SPSS software to perform one-way ANOVA on the experimental data.

2.7 Statistical Methods

All experimental data are expressed as mean ± standard deviation (x̄±s). SPSS 10.0 statistical software is used for data analysis, and one-way ANOVA is applied for comparing multiple means.
