2.1 Model Preparation

White milky tumor fluid was extracted from the abdominal cavity of mice carrying the H22 tumor strain. Following literature [13], the fluid was diluted with physiological saline to achieve a tumor cell concentration of 2×10⁷ cells/ml[1]. Then, 0.2ml of the diluted tumor fluid was subcutaneously injected into the right anterior axillary region of each mouse[1].
