2.4 Measurement of Thymus and Spleen Indices
Twenty-four hours after the final dose, the mice were weighed, then decapitated, and their thymus and spleen were removed and weighed. The calculation methods are as follows [17]:
Thymus index = Thymus weight / (Final body weight - Tumor weight) × 10 (mg/10g)
Spleen index = Spleen weight / (Final body weight - Tumor weight) × 10 (mg/10g)
