2.3 Determination of Tumor Inhibition Rate
The next day after stopping medication, the mice were weighed, euthanized, and their tumor tissues were collected and weighed. The tumor inhibition rate was calculated using the following formula:
Tumor inhibition rate (%) = (Average tumor weight of the control group - Average tumor weight of the treatment group) / Average tumor weight of the control group × 100%
