3.5 Effect of Pei’s Shengxue Granules on the expression level of caspase-3 protein in H₂₂ tumor tissue in mice
The test results show that different dosages of Pei’s Shengxue Granules all significantly promote the expression level of caspase-3 protein in H₂₂ tumor tissue in mice. The model group had an average fluorescence intensity of 11.2 for caspase-3 protein, while the low-, medium-, and high-dose PG groups had average fluorescence intensities of 25, 34.19, and 35.17 respectively, showing much more pronounced effects compared with the model group, with significant differences (P<0.05). There was no significant difference between the various PG dosage groups and the ZG group (P>0.05). See Table 4 and the caspase-3 flow cytometry diagram on page 90.
