In the Pei’s Shengxue Granules treatment groups and the Zhenqi Fuzheng Granules control group, some tumor cells exhibited condensed chromatin arranged in a crescent shape, with chromatin condensation and solidification, nuclear deformation, and macrophages phagocytosing apoptotic cells observed in localized tumor tissues (Figures 1-2, 1-3, 1-4, 1-5), whereas no such phenomena were seen in the model group (Figure 1-1).
