Materials and Methods
A tumor-bearing H₂₂ (hepatocellular carcinoma) mouse model was established and randomly divided into six groups: normal group, model group, 5-Fu group, high-dose Pei’s Shengxue Granules (PG) + 5-Fu group, medium-dose PG + 5-Fu group, and low-dose PG + 5-Fu group. After 10 days of administration, tumor inhibition rates were calculated, peripheral blood and bone marrow DNA contents were measured, and serum TNF-α concentrations were determined using RIA, while serum IFN-γ concentrations were measured using ELISA.
