3.6 Effects of Pei’s Shengxue Granules Combined with 5-Fu on Serum IFN-γ Concentration in Tumor-Bearing Mice
As shown in Table 5, the serum IFN-γ concentration in the 5-Fu group was significantly lower, with statistically significant differences compared with the model group (P<0.05). In the Pei’s Shengxue Granules combined with 5-Fu groups, the serum IFN-γ concentration increased, with the high- and medium-dose groups showing particularly noticeable increases, and statistically significant differences compared with the 5-Fu group (P<0.05).
