3.5 Effects of Pei’s Shengxue Granules Combined with 5-Fu on Serum TNF-α Concentration in Tumor-Bearing Mice
As shown in Table 4, the serum TNF-α concentration in the 5-Fu group was significantly lower, with statistically significant differences compared with the model group (P<0.05). In the Pei’s Shengxue Granules combined with 5-Fu groups, the serum TNF-α concentration increased, with the medium-dose group showing a particularly noticeable increase, and statistically significant differences compared with the 5-Fu group (P<0.05).
