3.4 Effects of Pei’s Shengxue Granules Combined with 5-Fu on Bone Marrow DNA Content in Tumor-Bearing Mice

As shown in Table 3, there was no significant difference in bone marrow DNA content between the normal group and the model group (P>0.05); however, the bone marrow DNA content in the 5-Fu group was significantly lower, with statistically significant differences compared with the model group (P<0.05). In the high- and medium-dose Pei’s Shengxue Granules combined with 5-Fu groups, the bone marrow DNA content increased, with the high- and medium-dose groups showing statistically significant differences compared with the 5-Fu group (P<0.05).
