2.1 Model Preparation

White milky tumor fluid was aspirated from the abdominal cavity of H₂₂ tumor-strain-transferred mice. Following reference [1], the fluid was diluted with physiological saline to achieve a tumor cell count of 2×10⁶ cells/ml, and 0.2ml of the diluted fluid was subcutaneously injected into the right anterior axillary region of each mouse.
