2.4 Measurement of Thymus and Spleen Indices
Twenty-four hours after the last dose, the mice were weighed, then decapitated, and their thymus and spleen were removed and weighed. The calculation method is as follows: Thymus index (mg/10g) = Thymus weight / (Final body weight - Tumor weight) × 10; Spleen index (mg/10g) = Spleen weight / (Final body weight - Tumor weight) × 10.
