3.3 Effects of Pei's Hematopoietic Granules on Immune Organs in Tumor-Bearing Mice Caused by 5-Fu
The results show that, compared with the model group, the 5-Fu group had lower thymus and spleen indices, with statistically significant differences (p<0.05); compared with the 5-Fu group, the thymus indices of the low-, medium-, and high-dose Pei's Hematopoietic Granules combined with 5-Fu groups were 10.2±2.4, 10.9±3.5, and 17.2±4.5, respectively; the spleen indices were 36.7±9.1, 41.7±10.0, and 52.4±10.9, respectively. Notably, the thymus and spleen indices of the high-dose Pei's Hematopoietic Granules + 5-Fu group were significantly higher than those of the 5-Fu group (p<0.05), with clear statistical significance. This indicates that Pei's Hematopoietic Granules has a significant ameliorative effect on the decline in thymus and spleen indices caused by 5-Fu chemotherapy (see Table 2 and Figure 2).

3.4 Effects of Pei's Hematopoietic Granules on T Lymphocyte Subpopulations in Tumor-Bearing Mice Caused by 5-Fu
The results show that, according to flow cytometry analysis, compared with the model group, the 5-Fu group had lower CD3⁺, CD4⁺, and the CD4⁺/CD8⁺ ratio, while CD8⁺ increased, with statistically significant differences (p<0.05); compared with the 5-Fu group, the low-, medium-, and high-dose Pei's Hematopoietic Granules combined with 5-Fu groups all showed significantly higher CD3⁺, CD4⁺, and CD4⁺/CD8⁺ ratios, with statistically significant differences (p<0.05). (See Table 3 and Figure 3)

3.5 Effects of Pei's Hematopoietic Granules on Serum IL-2 Levels in Tumor-Bearing Mice Caused by 5-Fu
The results show that, compared with the model group, the 5-Fu group had significantly lower IL-2 levels, with statistically significant differences (p<0.05); after combined medication, the IL-2 levels in the serum of the low-, medium-, and high-dose Pei's Hematopoietic Granules combined with 5-Fu groups were 1.05±0.47, 1.18±0.43, and 1.06±0.17, respectively. Compared with the 5-Fu group, the medium-dose Pei's Hematopoietic Granules + 5-Fu group showed a clear difference, with statistically significant differences.
