3.5 Effects of Pei's Shengxue Granules on Serum IL-12 Levels in Tumor-Bearing Mice
Test results show that all PG dosage groups increased serum IL-12 levels in tumor-bearing mice. Among them, the medium- and high-dose PG groups and the blank control group had significant differences compared with the model group (P<0.05 or P<0.01). There was no significant difference between the PG dosage groups and the ZG group (P>0.05). (See Table 4, Figure 6)
