3.4 Effects of Pei's Shengxue Granules on VEGF Expression in Tumor Tissue of Tumor-Bearing Mice

Immunohistochemical SP method results show that the number of VEGF-positive cells in tumor tissue of all PG dosage groups was lower than that of the model group to varying degrees, with significant differences between the high- and medium-dose PG groups and the model group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference between the PG dosage groups and the ZG group (P>0.05). (See Table 3, Figures 5 and Appendix Figure 1: VEGF immunohistochemistry photo)
