3.5 Effects of Pei's Soft Liver and Anti-Flatulence Pill on P53 Expression in Mouse Tumor Tissue

In the model control group, large areas of brown-yellow granules were observed in the nucleus, indicating strong positive expression; in all treatment groups, the brown-yellow granules were significantly fewer than in the model control group. The MOD was proportional to the positive expression, and the positive expression level of mutant P53 in tumor tissues of the PRGXP low-, medium-, and high-dose groups as well as the cantharidin group was lower than that of the model control group, with all differences being statistically significant (p<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference between the PRGXP low-, medium-, and high-dose groups and the cantharidin group (p>0.05). See Table 4 and Figure 6.
