3.5 Effects of Pei’s Soft Liver and Anti-Bloating Pill on Bcl-2 Expression in Tumor Tissue of Tumor-Bearing Mice

There are fewer brown-yellow granules in the cytoplasm of cells in all treatment groups; the model control group shows large areas of brown-yellow granules in the cytoplasm, indicating strong positive expression. The MOD is proportional to the selected positive expression. The positive expression of Bcl-2 in the tumor tissues of the PRGXP small-, medium-, and large-dose groups as well as the BM group is all lower than that of the model group, and all comparisons with the model control group are statistically significant (p<0.05). The positive expression of Bcl-2 in the tumor tissues of the PRGXP medium-dose group is lower than that of the BM group, and this difference is statistically significant (p<0.05). (See Table 4, Figures 6, 12–16)
