3.4 Effects of Pei’s Soft Liver and Anti-Bloating Pill on P27 Expression in Tumor Tissue of Tumor-Bearing Mice

Large areas of brown-yellow granules can be seen in the nuclei of cells in all treatment groups, indicating strong positive expression, significantly higher than that of the model control group. The average optical density (MOD) is proportional to the selected positive expression. The positive expression of P27 in the tumor tissues of the PRGXP small-, medium-, and large-dose groups as well as the BM group is all higher than that of the model control group, and all comparisons with the model control group are statistically significant (p<0.05). There is no statistically significant difference between the PRGXP small-, medium-, and large-dose groups and the BM group (p>0.05). (See Table 3, Figures 5, 7–11)
