According to t-test (P<0.05), the time to disappearance in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group. Combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment for CML can effectively improve patients' clinical symptoms such as infection, anemia, and bleeding in the short term, thereby improving their quality of life. The disappearance rate, as determined by χ² test (P<0.05), was also significantly higher in the treatment group than in the control group. This indicates that Pei's "Lanzhou Formula" can markedly reduce the toxic side effects of hydroxyurea, improve patients' hematopoietic function, and effectively control adverse clinical reactions.
