2.3 Observation Indicators

2.3.1 Symptoms and Signs Before and After Treatment

Observe the number of days and cases in which symptoms and signs disappear in both groups before and after treatment, calculate the disappearance time and disappearance rate using statistical methods, focusing primarily on symptoms and signs such as infection, fatigue, bleeding, and leukemic cell infiltration. Disappearance time data are expressed in days, represented as x±s.

2.3.2 Bone Marrow Findings Before and After Treatment

Observe the morphological changes in bone marrow cells before and after treatment in the two groups, with the main comparison being the degree of bone marrow proliferation.

2.3.3 Hematological Changes Before and After Treatment

Observe the blood cell analysis before and after treatment in the two groups, mainly comparing white blood cell count, hemoglobin, platelet count, and differential white blood cell count, expressed as x±s.

2.3.4 Objective Efficacy

Refer to Zhang Zhi-nan's "Diagnostic and Therapeutic Criteria for Hematological Diseases" (Third Edition) to classify outcomes as complete remission (CR), partial remission (PR), or no remission (NR).

2.3.4.1 Complete Remission (CR):

2.3.4.1.1 Clinical: No signs of infection, anemia, bleeding, or leukemia cell infiltration;

2.3.4.1.2 Hematology: Hemoglobin >100 g/L, total white blood cell count <10×10⁹/L, no blast cells in the differential, platelet count (100~400)×10⁹/L;

2.3.4.1.3 Bone Marrow Examination: Normal.

2.3.4.2 Partial Remission (PR):

One or two of the three criteria—clinical presentation, hematological findings, and bone marrow examination—do not meet the standards for complete remission.

2.3.4.3 No Remission (NR):

All three criteria—clinical presentation, hematological findings, and bone marrow examination—fail to meet the standards for complete remission, or the patient shows no response.
