2.8 Criteria for Determining Ang-2 Positive in Tumor Tissue
Ang-2 positive reactions mainly appear in the cytoplasm, with brownish-yellow or brownish-brown cytoplasm indicating a positive Ang-2 reaction. Under high magnification, randomly observe 10 fields of view, count the number of positive cells among 100 tumor cells in each field, and use the average as the number of Ang-2 positive cells.
