3.4 Effect of Pei’s Soft Liver and Anti-Bloating Pill on Serum IL-12 Concentration in Tumor-Bearing Mice
The serum IL-12 levels in mice of all PRGXP dosage groups were elevated. The medium- and high-dose PRGXP groups, the cantharidin group, and the blank control group showed significant differences compared with the model group (P<0.05), as well as significant differences compared with the low-dose group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference between the PRGXP dosage groups and the BM group (P>0.05). (See Table 3 and Figure 5)
