3.5 Effect of Pei’s Soft Liver and Anti-Bloating Pill on Ang-2 Expression in Tumor Tissue of Tumor-Bearing Mice
Immunohistochemical SP method results: In all PRGXP dosage groups, the number of Ang-2-positive cells in tumor tissue was lower than that in the model group to varying degrees. The large- and medium-dose PRGXP groups and the BM group showed significant differences compared with the model group (p<0.05). There was no significant difference between the small-dose PRGXP group and the BM group (p>0.05). (See Table 4, Figure 6, and Appendix Figure 2 showing the Ang-2 immunohistochemical images)
