One jin of rehmannia juice, one jin of white honey, eight liang of ginseng, twelve liang of cloud fungus.

Mix rehmannia juice with white honey in a porcelain bottle, grind cloud fungus and ginseng into powder, mix well, boil in water for three days and three nights, hang it in a well day and night, then take it out and boil it again for half a day, finally drinking the white broth. It’s a wonderful agent for moistening and nourishing the lung meridian.
