An autoimmune disease affecting multiple organs, with 40%–50% initially involving the lung hilum. Main symptoms include high fever, anemia (primarily due to reduced white blood cells), elevated globulin levels, accelerated erythrocyte sedimentation rate, splenomegaly, and elevated blood calcium. Specific diagnostic tests: ① Angiotensin-converting enzyme activity assay (SACE)—activity increases in this disease; ② Bronchoalveolar lavage fluid test (Bien)—lymphocytes increase in this disease.
