Yulin Pearl prescription: Angelica sinensis 30 g, Ligusticum chuanxiong 30 g, White peony root 60 g, Rehmannia glutinosa 120 g, Codonopsis pilosula 60 g, Atractylodes macrocephala 60 g, Poria cocos 60 g, Glycyrrhiza 30 g, Eucommia ulmoides 60 g, Cuscuta chinensis 120 g, Sichuan pepper 60 g, Deer antler frost 60 g. Prepared into pills the size of acorns, taken on an empty stomach, chewing one pill and washing it down with white liquor or soup.

Mnemonic: Yulin has eight treasures, deer antler, Sichuan pepper, and Cuscuta for infertility.

Adjustments: If menstruation is delayed and there is abdominal pain, add Psoralea corylifolia and Cinnamomum cassia, each 30 g; in severe cases, add Evodia rutaecarpa 15 g and Dragon bone 30 g; if uterine cold is severe or accompanied by pain or diarrhea, add processed Aconitum carmichaelii and fried ginger, each 6 g; if qi stagnation causes bloating or stasis, add Cyperus rotundus 6 g and Agarwood 3 g; if blood heat or internal fire is severe, add Dipsacus asper and Cortex Lycii, each 10 g, and temporarily clear the fire with a decoction of this formula before taking the pills. For women with deficiency of both qi and blood, irregular menstrual cycles, lower back pain, leukorrhea, abdominal pain, poor appetite, or thinness and infertility, regular intake of these pills can lead to pregnancy.
