Primary gastrointestinal malignant lymphoma must meet the following conditions: ① superficial lymph nodes throughout the body are not enlarged, or if enlarged, pathology cannot confirm malignancy; ② total white blood cell count and differential are normal; ③ chest X-ray shows no enlarged retrosternal lymph nodes; ④ liver is normal; ⑤ surgery confirms that the lesion is confined to the gastrointestinal tract. Most cases are accompanied by ascites and intestinal obstruction, often affecting adolescents.
