Increased Basophil Count in Chronic Myelogenous Leukemia Patients—December 5, 1995

An increased basophil count in chronic myelogenous leukemia patients is a precursor to elevated white blood cell counts. In Lanzhou, I treated such cases with gentian, san linge, e zhu, qing dai, guan zhong, ma ying cao, and other herbs, and after just seven doses, reduced the basophil count from 17% to 2% in one case.
