This is the most common symptom of malignant tumors, resulting from cancer cell proliferation, dissemination, and lysis, especially in patients with acute and chronic leukemia, multiple myeloma, and those undergoing high-dose chemotherapy. Cell lysis produces large amounts of uric acid. Clinical manifestations: ① Gouty kidney damage, polyuria, proteinuria, pyuria, hematuria; ② Gouty arthritis; ③ Gouty calculi, with serum uric acid levels exceeding 400 μmol/L.

Colchicine reduction: 0.5 mg (initial dose 1 mg) every hour until relief. Indomethacin: 25 mg, three times daily by mouth; Piroxicam: 20 mg, three times daily by mouth.
