Another Effective Prescription for Treating Coronary Heart Disease 2000.11.20
Previously mentioned Yang Xin Tang did not show obvious clinical efficacy, but recently, using this formula to treat patients with coronary heart disease has yielded remarkable results, so I am recording it. Patient Wang had chest tightness, palpitations, and shortness of breath, sometimes accompanied by sharp chest pain radiating to the back. Using Gua Lou Xie Bai Ban Xia, Guan II did not produce noticeable effects.
I prescribed: Jiao Shan Zha 20g, Sheng Di Huang 12g, Dang Gui 10g, Dang Shen 10g, Chuan Lian Zi 20g, Long Yan Rou 10g, Yuan Zhi 6g, Chang Pu 10g, Sheng Long Gu and Mu Li 15g, Chi Shao 10g, Chuan Xiong 10g, Hong Hua 6g, Jiang Xiang 10g, Dan Shen 20g, Gua Lou 10g, Xie Bai 10g, Ban Xia 6g.
After taking the above prescription, the patient's condition improved significantly. I believe this formula has unique characteristics and is truly remarkable. In recent years, when treating coronary heart disease, people have focused on promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, while neglecting the regulation of qi and blood and the calming of latent yang. This formula breaks away from conventional thinking and is indeed a wonderful remedy.
