  1. Intestinal Regulator

This medication is specifically designed to regulate intestinal flora imbalances and is typically used in cases of cirrhosis, biliary and pancreatic diseases, or other severe illnesses. Long-term antibiotic use can kill sensitive gut bacteria while allowing resistant bacteria to proliferate, leading to microbial imbalance and severe digestive dysfunction or fungal overgrowth. Each capsule contains 2.5 mg, with a dosage of 5 mg per intake, taken three times daily.

  1. Indapamide

This is a recently clinically introduced antihypertensive drug, originally named Shoubishan, belonging to the indole class of antihypertensives, with a pronounced diuretic effect. Side effects include occasional hypokalemia in some patients. It is characterized by long-lasting action, taken orally once daily at 2.5 mg; after three weeks of use, the dosage can be doubled and split into two doses.

  1. Sodium Nitroprusside

This drug contains sodium nitroprusside, a fast-acting, potent intravenous antihypertensive agent that strongly dilates both arteries and veins, rapidly reducing venous return to the heart and alleviating cardiac workload, thereby improving heart failure. However, its effects are rapid and short-lived: noticeable effects appear within 1–2 minutes of administration, and disappear within 1–2 minutes after discontinuation, with the drug quickly excreted in urine. As a cyanide-containing compound, long-term use can lead to cyanide poisoning; therefore, sodium nitroprusside is only used for hypertensive crises. The drug decomposes when exposed to light, so it must be stored in dark packaging. Each vial contains 50 mg, along with an additional 5 mL of glucose solution. When using this drug, the following precautions should be observed: ① Do not use long-term; continuous use for more than 48 hours is prohibited; ② Store in dark packaging; ③ After blood pressure drops, switch to other medications for maintenance.
