Q: Recently, for some unknown reason, my eyes have become unequal in size. What could this be, and am I sick?
A: There are three possible causes: first, myasthenia gravis, where one eyelid droops; second, hyperthyroidism, where one eye gap widens; third, trachoma, where the severity differs between the two eyes. It’s best to visit an ophthalmologist and related departments for a comprehensive examination.
