3.3 Bone Marrow Tissue Morphological Observation
The hematopoietic tissue volume in the model group is significantly lower than that in the normal group (p < 0.05), while the fat tissue volume is significantly higher than that in the normal group (p < 0.05); in each treatment group, the hematopoietic tissue volume is significantly higher than that in the model group (p < 0.05), while the fat tissue volume is significantly lower than that in the model group (p < 0.05); the high-dose and low-dose groups have no significant difference in hematopoietic and fat tissue volumes compared with the Zhenqi group (p > 0.05); the medium-dose group has a higher hematopoietic tissue volume than the high-dose, low-dose, and Zhenqi groups (p < 0.05); the medium-dose group has a lower fat tissue volume than the high-dose, low-dose, and Zhenqi groups. Table 4: Bone Marrow Morphological Observation and Bone Marrow Nucleated Cell Count (BMNC)
| Group | Hematopoietic Tissue Volume Percentage (vol%) | Fat Tissue Volume Percentage (vol%) | Bone Marrow Nucleated Cell Count (×10⁹/L) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Normal group | 92.22±0.66 | 1.72±0.23 | 12.22±0.66 |
| Model group | 10.72±2.52 | 21.08±2.21 | 2.72±0.52 |
| High-dose group | 26.57±2.24 | 26.19±2.61** | 4.14±0.99 |
| Middle-dose group | 36.38±2.34* | 22.34±1.14 | 6.34±0.14 |
| Low-dose group | 29.10±1.06 | 24.14±0.99 | 4.39±0.61* |
| Zhenqi group | 27.22±1.46* | 28.32±0.35** | 4.32±0.32 |
Note: Compared with the normal group, *p<0.05, **p<0.01; compared with the model group, ▲p<0.05, ▲▲p<0.01
Statistical analysis: All data were entered into a computer and processed using SPSS 10.0 statistical software (Social Science Statistical Package, developed by SPSS Inc., Chicago, USA). Count data were analyzed using one-way ANOVA, with LSD (homogeneous variance) or Tamhane (heterogeneous variance) for intergroup comparisons. Measurement data were analyzed using chi-square tests, and results are presented as x±s.
