2.1 Model Preparation
White milky tumor fluid was aspirated from the abdominal cavity of H₂₂ tumor-strain-transferred mice. According to reference [19], it was diluted with physiological saline to a tumor cell count of 2×10⁷ cells/mL [20]. Then, 0.2 mL of the tumor fluid was subcutaneously injected into the right anterior axillary region of the mice [10].
