1. Pei's Shengxue Granules have a clear weight-increasing effect on the thymus and spleen—the immune organs of tumor-bearing mice—thereby enhancing their non-specific immune function.

2. Pei's Shengxue Granules can promote the proliferative capacity of ConA-stimulated splenic lymphocytes, enhancing the cellular immune function of tumor-bearing mice and improving their anti-tumor efficacy.

3. Pei's Shengxue Granules can promote the secretion of IL-2 and the expression of IL-2 and IFN-γ mRNA, suggesting that the granules can regulate the body's immune function through their effects on cytokines, which is also an important pathway for their anti-tumor action.

4. The results of this experimental study demonstrate that Pei's Shengxue Granules can enhance the immune function of tumor-bearing mice, prolong their survival, and slow down tumor growth—consistent with the clinical efficacy achieved by Pei's Shengxue Granules over many years.
