1.2 Experimental Animals and Tumor Strain
Sixty healthy Kunming mice, half male and half female, weighing 22±4g, aged 6–8 weeks, provided by the Experimental Animal Center of Gansu Provincial College of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Animal Qualification Certificate No.: Yi Dong Zi No. 0000423. H₂₂ (liver cancer) tumor strain, introduced from the Beijing Institute of Pharmacology and maintained through serial passage by the Gansu Academy of Medical Sciences.
