3.2 Effects of Pei's Hematopoietic Granules on Tumor Weight and Tumor Inhibition Rate in Tumor-Bearing Mice

The inhibitory effect of Pei's Hematopoietic Granules on tumors in tumor-bearing mice is manifested as follows: Different doses of Pei's Hematopoietic Granules all significantly inhibit tumor weight in tumor-bearing mice, with significant differences in average tumor weight compared with the model group (P<0.01). There are significant differences in average tumor weight between the high-, medium-, and low-dose Pei's Hematopoietic Granules groups and the low-dose group (P<0.05 or P<0.01). However, there is no significant difference in average tumor weight between the high-, medium-, and low-dose Pei's Hematopoietic Granules groups and the Zhenqi Fuzheng Granules group (P>0.05). The tumor inhibition rates for the high-, medium-, and low-dose Pei's Hematopoietic Granules groups and the Zhenqi Fuzheng Granules group are 36.26%, 37.56%, 24.91%, and 35.60%, respectively. (See Table 1, Figure 1, and Figure 2)
