Based on the bone marrow remission status, after a period of clinical medication, in the treatment group, among the original 13 patients with extremely active bone marrow proliferation, 3 cases decreased to clearly active proliferation, and 10 cases decreased to active proliferation; the original 2 patients with clearly active bone marrow proliferation both decreased to active proliferation. In the control group, among the original 12 patients with extremely active bone marrow proliferation, 2 cases remained extremely active, 4 cases decreased to clearly active, and 6 cases decreased to active; the original 3 patients with clearly active bone marrow proliferation all decreased to active proliferation. According to χ² test (P<0.05), the combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment group was more effective than the single Western medicine chemotherapy group in reducing the degree of malignant bone marrow proliferation in CML, thereby increasing the remission rate in bone marrow morphology.
