Take two qian each of Ophiopogon japonicus, Pinellia ternata, Ginseng, and Poria cocos, plus one qian of Licorice. Grind everything finely, take two qian each time, boil one cup of water, add three slices of ginger, boil until five-tenths, strain, drink warm, two to three times a day.
