4. Blood Deficiency Generating Wind
Symptoms include dizziness, trembling of the limbs, numbness in hands and feet, forgetfulness and restlessness, dark red tongue without coating, deep, fine, and rapid pulse. Treatment involves nourishing yin, enriching blood, and extinguishing wind. Prescription: Da Ding Feng Zhu with modifications: 20 grams each of sheng long mu, sheng bie jia, and sheng gui ban, 10 grams of ejiao (melted), 10 grams of mai dong, 12 grams of sheng di, 10 grams of huo ma ren, 15 grams of bai shao, 6 grams of wu wei zi, 6 grams of gan cao, 20 grams of sang zhi, 20 grams of gou ding, 10 grams of tian ma, 2 grams of wu gong, and 6 grams of jiang chong.
