3.3 Effect of Pei’s Shengxue Granules on the expression of mutant P53 in H₂₂ tumor tissue in mice
Immunohistochemical SP method results show that the model group had 61.88 P53-positive cells, while the mutant P53-positive cell counts in all PG dosage groups were lower than the model group to varying degrees, especially in the medium- and high-dose groups, where the numbers were 55.38 and 54.25 respectively, showing significant differences compared with the model group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference between the various PG dosage groups and the ZG group (P>0.05). See Table 3 and the immunohistochemical photo of mutant P53 on page 88.
