1.1 Pei’s Shengxue Granules can significantly inhibit the growth of tumors in tumor-bearing mice, slowing down the rate of tumor growth, demonstrating a remarkable anti-tumor pharmacological effect, consistent with the therapeutic effects achieved by Pei’s Shengxue Granules in clinical applications over many years.

1.2 Pei’s Shengxue Granules can significantly improve the thymus index and spleen index of tumor-bearing mice, thereby enhancing their non-specific immune function.

1.3 Pei’s Shengxue Granules can inhibit the secretion of IL-1 and the production of EGF, suggesting that Pei’s Shengxue Granules can regulate the body’s immune function through its effects on cytokines, which is also one of the possible pathways for Pei’s Shengxue Granules to exert anti-tumor effects.

In summary, by measuring macroscopic indicators such as tumor weight, thymus, and spleen in tumor-bearing mice, as well as observing microscopic indicators like EGF and IL-1, this experiment proves that Pei’s Shengxue Granules inhibit tumor growth and improve the quality of life of tumor-bearing mice by regulating their own immune function, with relatively good therapeutic evaluation.
