1 Objective

This study explores the clinical efficacy and mechanism of action of Pei's "Lanzhou Formula" combined with chemotherapy in treating chronic myeloid leukemia through theoretical analysis based on TCM and clinical efficacy observation. Based on changes in clinical symptoms and signs, blood parameters, and bone marrow findings before and after treatment in the treatment and control groups, objective efficacy assessment is conducted, followed by statistical analysis. The aim is to evaluate the outstanding efficacy of Pei's "Lanzhou Formula" combined with chemotherapy compared with conventional Western chemotherapy alone, thereby exploring the unique characteristics and advantages of Pei's integrated TCM-Western medicine approach in treating this disease relative to Western medicine alone.
