2.1.1.2.1 Unexplained anemia, fever, progressive worsening of bleeding and/or bone pain, along with progressive splenomegaly; 2.1.1.2.2 Blasts (type I + type II) exceeding 10% in peripheral blood and/or bone marrow; 2.1.1.2.3 Basophils in peripheral blood exceeding 20%; 2.1.1.2.4 Platelet count changing progressively without medication; 2.1.1.2.5 Appearance of chromosomal abnormalities other than the Ph chromosome; 2.1.1.2.6 Defects in CFU-GM proliferation and differentiation, with increased clustering and higher cluster-to-colony ratios; 2.1.1.2.7 Significant collagen fiber hyperplasia in the bone marrow.
